<P><B><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT></B><FONT face="黑体">一、工作要?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT><FONT face="楷体">（一）强化组织领导?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">各乡镇、各部门应当加强对行政事业单位内部控制报告编报工作的组织领导，健全工作机制，明确责任主体，制定工作方案，细化分解任务，明确时间节点，选派专门人员负责本乡镇、本部门、本单位内部控制报告编报工作，确保内部控制报告信息准确、审核合理、上报及时?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT><B><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT></B><FONT face="楷体">（二）信息真实完整?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">根据本单位内部控制建立与实施的实际情况，主管部门应加强对所属单位内部控制报告的审核、汇总，事实求是，如实填报，确保信息真实完整?/FONT></P>
<P><B><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT> </B><FONT face="楷体">（三）开展分析应用?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">各乡镇、各部门应当坚持需求导向和问题导向，积极开展单位内部控制报告的专题分析和评价结果的应用工作，主管部门要指导和监督所属单位内部控制有关问题的整改，推动所属单位进一步完善内部控制建设工作?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312"> </FONT><FONT face="楷体">（四）加强监督检查?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">财政局年度中对</FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">各乡镇、县直部门的内部控制编报的真实性、完整性和规范性进行检查。对尚未开展内部控制报告编报工作和工作推进不力、进度迟缓的单位，将通报批评；对在编报工作中弄虚作假、内部控制报告不真实的单位，严肃追究相关单位和人员的责任?/FONT></P>
