<P>1.<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">公务用车配备标准、配备数量和编制管理情况?/FONT></P>
<P>2.<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">公务用车管理制度建立情况。包括：使用管理制度、维护保养制度、运行费管理制度、安全管理制度、违规责任等制度?/FONT></P>
<P>3.<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">公务用车</FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">标识化管理情况?/FONT></P>
<P><B><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">（二）公务用车管理中存在的问题及有关建议、意见?/FONT></B><B></B></P>

<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">检查采取部门单位自查与县财政局重点抽查相结合的方法进行?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">（一）各部门单位先行组织自查，认真填写《盐池县部门单位自查实有公务用车明细表》（附件</FONT>1<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">），《盐池县部门单位公务用车管理问卷调查表》（附件</FONT>2<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">），并形成自查报告。经单位主要负责人审核签字确认后，加盖单位公章报县财政局（行政政法股）?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">（二）县财政局根据各部门单位自查情况，计划?/FONT>2018<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">?/FONT>3<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">?/FONT>2<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">日至</FONT>3<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">?/FONT>5<FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">日进行抽查。检查采取召开座谈会、实物查看、查阅档案和调查问卷等方式开展?/FONT></P>

<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">（一）开展公务用车专项清理规范检查是落实中央八项规定要求和加强党风廉政建设的一项重要举措，</FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">各部门单?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">要按照全面从严治党有关要求，高度重视?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">认真组织统计报告，确保填报数据和自查报告的真实性和完整性?/FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">（二?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">各部门单位要加强自查工作?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">做好自查整改落实。对超标使用车辆的原因，要如实做出说明，视具体情况进行认定查纠；对车辆标?/FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">管理不善，维护不及时的，责令整改；对擅自损毁标识、群众举报等违法违纪问题，视情节轻重，严肃问责处理；</FONT><FONT face="仿宋_GB2312">对不按程序配备车辆、违规用车、私车公养、擅自处置公车以及有其他严重违规行为的，将依据有关规定追究部门单位主要负责人和相关责任人的责任，促进公务用车厉行节约和规范化管理?/FONT></P>
